Swim Instructor

Location: El Dorado Hills, CA

SwimLabs El Dorado Hills is looking for enthusiastic, reliable Swim Instructors who love working with kids and want to be part of a supportive, high-energy team.

What You’ll Do:

• Teach swimmers of all ages using our proven, award-winning curriculum
• Create a fun, safe, and encouraging learning environment
• Provide exceptional customer service to swimmers and families
• Help maintain our clean, professional facility
• Participate in promotional and community events as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable, dependable, and great with kids
• Swimming background required (competitive, instructional, or strong lap-swimming experience preferred)
• Welcoming, positive, and professional demeanor
• Willingness to learn—we provide all training needed to teach lessons
• Must be at least 16 years old

Schedule & Availability:

• 5–20 hours per week
• Monday–Saturdays, days and evenings
• Flexible scheduling available
